Rug Cleaning Process
Our Rug Experts will vacuum the rug, then pre-treat a variety of stains including, pet stains, food and beverage stains, and dirt stains to have it ready for the next stage. The area rug will go through a deep steam cleaning. Once it is complete, it will be hung to naturally dry. After the rug is completely dry, we will do a final inspection and make sure the rug passes our high standard level of cleanliness. Once the rug passes the inspection it’s then rolled up, wrapped in plastic and delivered back to client.

How Often Should I Clean My Area Rug?
We recommend having your residential area rug(s) professionally steam cleaned at least twice a year to maintain the cleanliness and to prolong the life of your rug. Commercial area rugs should be cleaned every three to four months as required. Some commercial runners would require weekly maintenance due to the number of high traffic they experience.
